As President of Boots2Trucks, a Virginia-based nonprofit organization, Keith leads initiatives that help veterans overcome homelessness, rebuild their lives, and secure meaningful careers within the transportation industry. What began as a vision to serve those who served our nation has grown into a mission-driven organization dedicated to restoring dignity, independence, and hope to America's veterans. Under Keith's leadership, Boots2Trucks has become a catalyst for change, connecting veterans with education, mentorship, employment opportunities, and essential support services.

His dedication to the veteran community extends beyond workforce development. Keith and Boots2Trucks actively participate in nationally recognized programs such as Wreaths Across America, The Wall That Heals, and numerous community initiatives that honor military service members, preserve their legacy, and raise awareness of the challenges facing veterans and military families.

Keith's professional accomplishments have earned widespread recognition throughout the transportation industry. Among his many honors are multiple International Poet of the Year awards, the Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association Driver of the Month Award, and two prestigious Truckload Carriers Association Highway Angel Awards, recognizing extraordinary acts of courage, compassion, and service performed on America's highways. His commitment to volunteerism and community service has also been acknowledged through the Presidential Volunteer Service Lifetime Achievement Award and the Congressional Volunteer Service Award.
