1. ENTERTAINMENT & PERFORMANCE AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

 

All musical performances by country artist Jessicalynn Rahn detailed in the Lifetime and Diamond packages are strictly subject to artist availability, touring schedules, and force majeure events. boots2trucks will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to coordinate mutually agreeable dates, but cannot guarantee specific calendar days. In the event of a cancellation or conflict, boots2trucks reserves the right to substitute the benefit with an asset of equal value or reschedule.

 

2. IN-KIND COMMERCIAL VEHICLE DONATION CRITERIA

 

To qualify for full Lifetime Tier benefits via an asset transfer, any donated commercial vehicle must be delivered in fully road-ready, operational condition. The donor corporate entity bears full responsibility for providing a clean, unencumbered title, free of all liens, prior to transfer completion.

3. TAX TREATMENT OF CORPORATE CONTRIBUTIONS

 

Boots2trucks is a registered non-profit organization. Your corporate contribution may be tax-deductible as a charitable donation or business marketing expense, minus the fair market value (FMV) of any tangible goods or private entertainment services received. Because boots2trucks directly uses donated commercial vehicles for our core mission—providing hands-on CDL training—donors are generally eligible to claim a tax deduction based on the full Fair Market Value (FMV) of the vehicle. Please consult your CPA or tax attorney to determine exact deductible thresholds.
